1.7-Day Return Window

Customers may initiate a return request within 7 calendar days of delivery for standard stationery, unopened books, calculators, and office supplies.

2.Condition for Acceptance

• Item must be unused, unwritten, and in original brand packaging
• All accessories, manuals, tags, and tax invoices must be included
• Calculators and electronic instruments must have unbroken security seals

3.Reverse Pickup Logistics

We arrange free reverse pickup from your campus or home address upon return approval. A full replacement or refund will be initiated once verified.
