Order Verification
VIDYAVAAN reserves the right to verify institutional GST numbers and contact details prior to fulfilling bulk wholesale orders or extending net-30 credit terms.
4.Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
VIDYAVAAN is not liable for delayed deliveries resulting from natural disasters, severe weather events, national strikes, or inaccurate shipping addresses provided by the customer.
